Piston Rings
Piston rings maintain close contact with the cylinder walls through their own spring tension, carrying out such functions as sealing in combustion gases, carrying heat away from the pistons by thermal conduction, and controlling the thickness of the lubricating oil film on the cylinder wall.
They must perform these functions under the severe conditions that occur in combustion chambers, while also playing the important roles of preventing seizure and minimizing wear on cylinder liners.
-
Piston Assembly
A pistons purpose is to transfer force from the cylinder to the crankshaft. It is constantly in a sliding motion within the cylinder and this generates a lot of friction and heat.
The piston must be able to withstand incredible punishment under severe temperature extremes.
-
Engine Bearings
Engine bearing are located at the end of a crankshaft and are required for the crankshaft to rotate. Being part of the engine, these bearings must be able to operate at extreme temperatures and conditions yet must be durable and reliable.
-
Liner Kit
Liner Kits consists of the piston, piston rings, cylinder liner, wrist pin, wrist pin bushing and piston snap rings. These kits come pre-packed or we can assemble them to your individual specifications.
-
Engine Liner
The Engine Liner is a cylindrical cast component that is fitted into the cylinder block to act as a combustion chamber of the engine. The piston moves within the cylinder liner and generates a lot of friction and heat. It is thus a vital factor that the cylinder be made with extreme attention to meet the stressing demands.

Gasket Set
Gaskets are the seals between two engine surfaces to prevent leakage while under high compression. Our partners in Gasket manufacturing have been able to produce gaskets that meet stringent quality demands and deliver them at the right price.
-
Engine Valve
The Engine valve is a very important part of the engine. It controls the air intake for combustion and the expulsion of exhaust gases from the cylinder. The opening and closing sequence for each valve is very important for the overall function of the engine.
-
Valve Insert
The Valve insert is the surface which the engine valves rest during the operation cycle when it is closed. It is a critical component of an engine in that if it is improperly positioned, disoriented, or deformed during manufacture, valve leakage will occur which will adversely affect the engine compression ratio and therefore the engine efficiency, performance, exhaust emissions, and engine life.
-
Valve guide
A valve guide is a tube-shaped piece of metal, pressed into the cylinder head, with the valve reciprocating inside it. Guides serve to conduct heat from the combustion process out from the exhaust valve and into the cylinder head where it may be taken up by the cooling system. Using their extensive knowledge gained from […]

Waterpump and Repair Kit
The water pump circulates fluid whenever the engine is running to keep it running at the optimum temperature. The fluid leaving the pump flows first through the engine block and cylinder head, then into the radiator and finally back to the pump. Water pumps for cooling engines have a direct impact on engine power, since precise temperature control is a must for optimal engine performance.
-
Oil Pump
The TBK Group is a major player in the development, production and sales of components such as brakes, water pumps for engine cooling and oil pumps for engine lubrication. These components are essential to the safety and efficiency of small to large vehicles and buses.
-
Repair Kit
In October 1999, “JKC” merged into Bosch Braking Systems Co, integrating their passenger car brake activities in Japan and going under the leadership of Bosch.
-
Universal Joint
A universal joint is a joint in a rigid rod that allows the rod to ‘bend’ in any direction, and is commonly used in shafts that transmit rotary motion. It consists of a pair of hinges located close together, oriented at 90° to each other, connected by a cross shaft.
-
Oil Seal
An oil seal normally consists of three basic components: the sealing element, the metal case and the spring. The purpose of the sealing element is to stop the fluid from leaking between the shaft and housing. The metal case will give rigidity and strength to the seal while it is being held in the bore or recessed groove. The spring will help make the sealing element more effective. All materials must be selected depending on the environment in which the oil seal will function.
-
Drive Component
The drive component consists of the drive shaft, drivetrain, front axle group, steering mechanisms and rear axle group. A drive shaft is a mechanical component for transmitting torque and rotation, usually used to connect other components of a drivetrain that cannot be connected directly because of distance or the need to allow for relative movement between them.

Brake/Clutch Master Cylinder Assembly
The brakes on any vehicle must be able to function at 100% at all times to maintain the safety of the vehicle. Brakes slow down a vehicle by using friction. This occurs when the brake pads are depressed against the braking disc or when the brake shoe presses against the brake drum.
